Selective soldering
Selective soldering equipment in a nitrogen atmosphere. Automated systems for spot soldering of THT components. Leaded and lead-free solders.
AOI
3D AOI inspection
3D Automated Optical Inspection for high-precision quality control of SMD component assembly and soldering.
X-Ray
X-ray inspection
X-ray inspection of components with bottom-terminated components, viewed directly and at angles up to 45°.
